"Set Me Free" pt 1 (c) Moshda 2010

Hey guys! Here is a new short story that I just thought up while I was watching some Disney-crossover videos on youtube....

This is just a sneak preview until I get more written! It won't have chapters, but I will probably put it up in parts as I'm still writing it.
Here's the opening paragraph:

“Welcome to the crew of the Wavedancer!” The huge, brawny captain clapped the teenaged boy on the back so hard he stumbled and almost did a face plant on the rough boardwalk. Captain Hawkins laughed heartily and strolled away towards the ship, keeping his hand on the hilt of the sword strapped to the thick leather belt at his waist. Jim trotted to catch up. The captain jogged up the gangplank and took his place at the helm of the mighty ship, but Jim paused for a moment to stare in awe of the huge vessel’s beauty and graceful, curving prow before scurrying after his new boss.

Very cool! This sounds interesting, I can't wait to see what happens next!
