*the ___x___ pixel size you'd like it to be,
*what words you want on it.
*when you need it delivered by.

Once your card has been made, I will notify you with a PM and post it in the "deliveries" part of this thread.
If you don't like the card, I will redo it once for no extra charge. Any extra redo's will be 10cc each.
The cards can be used in emails and on forums.
To give the card, just save it to your computer (right-click > "save image as...") and re-host it on any image-hosting site. Then copy and paste the code!
